Delete your Pathfinder account

In the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation. It says which children's records go with your account.
4. Confirm. The app signs you out and clears the files it keeps on your phone.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in sessions. You are signed out everywhere.
• Your membership of every Circle.
• All sharing you set up or received.
• Every file, photo, scan, note and report you added or created. This includes copies that other people were given, and files you added to someone else's child record. This includes reports you sent into a parent's record.
• Your practice data: your clients and your assessment sittings.
• Your profile (name and email address) and your usage records.
• Every child's record that you set up as the parent. This deletes that child's whole record, with its files, notes, members and log, for everyone in the Circle. That includes reports from therapists and files from other members. Save any copies you need first.

What is kept

• One log entry that your account was deleted. It shows an internal id, not your name or email.
• Log entries about you in other children's records. They show "Former member" instead of your name, and your email address is removed from them.
• Copies in backups that Cloudflare keeps, which expire within 30 days.
• Copies you sent outside Pathfinder, for example by WhatsApp or email. We cannot reach those.

Delete some of your data, and keep your account

You do not have to delete your account to delete data.

• In the app: you can delete a file, report, photo, scan or note you added, a client or an assessment sitting in your practice, or, as the parent, a child's whole record. Deleting a child's record also deletes its files, notes, members and log, for everyone in the Circle.
• By email: email dithutlwadigital@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, say what you want deleted, and we will delete it and reply within 30 days.

What is kept after you delete data is the same as in the list above: the sharing log keeps a line that something was deleted (with its title), and backups that Cloudflare keeps expire within 30 days.

Ask us by email
